Do you love Dr. Psych Mom and want to work in my group teletherapy practice, Best Life Behavioral Health? Join our team of seven clinicians (so far!)! I’m looking for:
- Psychologists, social workers, and counselors licensed in Maryland or Virginia
- PsyPact or multiple state licensure a plus
- You should ideally be comfortable working with couples, and/or offer EMDR (my two biggest requests)
- Clinicians who are currently in a group practice that accepts insurance and want to earn more
- People with a proactive and warm style, which will be a good fit for clients who like my personal approach
- Therapists who would like to work with motivated self-pay referrals, a slow but steady buildup in caseload
- Therapists who don’t want to worry about scheduling, marketing, or billing
Here’s what we offer:
- Billing and all admin
- SimplePractice software
- Marketing
- Consultation
- Finder’s fee of $250 if you find a clinician who works for me for 30 days
- $250 welcome bonus after your first ten clinical hours
- Reimbursement of licensure costs for either MD or VA (the one you’re not currently licensed in)
- All the autonomy and flexibility associated with contractor (1099) status. Meaning you make your own hours, you should want to get up to at least 5-10 a week, but whenever you want to work is fine, and in whatever style/orientation works for you
